Booking Terms

We will require a deposit of £75 per person.

We’ll email you back to confirm (subject to availability) your booking with a secure link for payment by debit/credit card or PayPal. Deposits are deducted from your final bill on the evening. Bookings are only confirmed once we have emailed you to acknowledge receipt of your deposit.

You will receive an auto-reminder after 48 hours and if we haven’t received your deposit by then we may cancel your booking request.

If you need to cancel, we need minimum 72 hours notice and we will refund your deposit less a £10 administration fee. Cancellations with less that than 72 hours notice will mean that your deposit is non-refundable.

We can offer a pescatarian or vegetarian dinner but this must be requested at time of booking. Allergies must also be notified to us at time of booking. We do not offer a dairy, allium, egg, or gluten free dinner. If you or one of your guests have a nut allergy, or an allergy that causes anaphylaxis, we must be told at time of booking and please be aware that while we will be as careful as possible, there is always a risk of cross-contamination and obviously bring an EpiPen or other epinephrine auto-injector with you.

Unfortunately, we are unable to offer wheelchair access to toilets.
