We currently have a vacancy for both a full-time and part-time front of house assistant to help look after guests. While experience in fine dining would be useful, what we really need is someone who is articulate, focused and self-assured with an eye for detail and appreciation for delivering service that is both friendly and informative. The part-time position would be for from one to three evenings a week. The full-time position is for a five day week, working around 39 hours weekly. Both positions are hourly paid and include a share of gratuities. The full-time position is anticipated to be permanent and would be ideal for someone wishing to progress a career in fine dining. An appreciation of good food, an interest in wine and an awareness of Scottish geography and raw food ingredients are going to be needed and mentoring and training in these will be given during your time working with us.
