Front of House: We are looking for someone to join us part-time, 2 – 3 evenings per week.
You will need to be articulate and self-assured as you will be talking with our international guests. You will also need to have an understanding of fine dining and enjoy food and detail. You’ll be part of a dynamic and thoughtful team who all care about what they do.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK / be a UK resident. You also need to be 18+, as you will be serving alcohol.

We are a small, independent and owner run restaurant in Edinburgh, we opened in 2018 and were awarded a Michelin star eleven months later and have held it ever since. We are open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, which is a tasting menu, for a maximum of twelve guests. We put a lot of thought, care and creativity into making our guest’s experience authentic, personal and exceptional.
