We are a small, independent and owner run restaurant in Edinburgh, we opened in 2018 and were awarded a Michelin star eleven months later and have held it ever since. We are open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, which is a tasting menu, for a maximum of twelve guests. We put a lot of thought, care and creativity into making our guest’s experience authentic, personal and exceptional.
