KITCHEN: SOUS CHEF

We are small, independent and owner run restaurant in Edinburgh, we opened in 2018 and were awarded a Michelin star eleven months later and have held it ever since. We are open Tuesday to Saturday for dinner, which is a tasting menu, for a maximum of twelve guests. We put a lot of thought, care and creativity into making our guest’s experience authentic, personal and exceptional.

We want to hear from applicants who are ambitious, focused, articulate, have an eye for detail and share our love of hospitality. We are looking for people who can bring their skills, experience and personalities to our small team where you will get a chance to grow, develop and be part of something special.
